If your server is down for more than 44 minutes during a 30-day billing cycle, tekdevelopment will credit 5% of your bill for each 30 minutes of downtime, up to 100% of that month's fee. In addition, if a server's downtime is caused by a failed hardware component, we guarantee your server will be operational within 24 hours, or refund 50% of that months' bill.

We offer 24/7 hosting and content editing support for our FasTEK plans through our helpdesk, with fast turnaround times. Most issues are responded to and resolved within 4 hours. We also offer extended support options, with telephone support for an additional fee.
